## Pro — $29 one-time (1 seat)

Everything in Free plus the **Pro pack**:

- Landing-page template (static HTML + Tailwind, single file, no build).
- Video walkthrough slot (shipped to buyers when recorded).
- Priority email support, best-effort ~5 business days.
- Commercial license for Pro-pack assets: use in client/commercial projects;
  no redistribution or resale.
- Early access to new commands/agents before they reach Free.
- Perpetual license for the purchased version; 12 months of updates included.

## Team — $99 one-time (up to 5 seats)

Everything in Pro plus:

- Up to 5 seats; additional seats $15 one-time each.
- Shared config repo template for org-level commands/agents synced via git.
- 30-minute onboarding call (async video or live).
- Priority support with 48-hour SLA.
- Invoice/PO-friendly receipt (Gumroad).
- Commercial license scoped to the organization.

## License terms (summary)

- **Core (Free): MIT** — commercial use, modification, redistribution allowed;
  no warranty. See `LICENSE` (to be added to repo root).
- **Pro pack assets: proprietary** — sold via Gumroad. Personal/commercial
  *use* allowed per tier seat count; no redistribution, resale, or sublicensing.
- **Commercial license** (Pro/Team) covers use of Pro assets in client and
  commercial projects. Core needs no commercial license (MIT already permits).
- Full terms in `Pro-LICENSE.txt` inside the paid zip.

## Upgrade path

- Free → Pro: pay $29 on Gumroad; receive Pro pack zip + license key.
- Pro → Team: pay difference ($70) via Gumroad "upgrade" product or contact
  support; receive Team pack + extra seats.
- Additional Team seats: $15 one-time each via Gumroad add-on.

## Refunds

- 14-day no-questions refund via Gumroad.
- After 14 days, refunds at support discretion (e.g., non-delivery of
  promised assets).

## Support

- Free: GitHub Issues/Discussions (community, best-effort).
- Pro: priority email, ~5 business days.
- Team: 48-hour SLA email + onboarding call.

## Notes for launch

- No subscription; one-time pricing keeps churn zero and matches dev-tool buyer
  expectation. Revisit subscription only if recurring support cost demands it.
- VAT/sales tax handled by Gumroad (merchant of record).
- No DRM in v0; honor-system licensing + Gumroad license key in zip.
